Oracle Support is constantly driving to deliver a Superior Ownership Experience to our customers. One of Oracle's current goals is to get all of their customers using the same portal for support and working from the same set of processes for handling Service Request or Cases. This session will cover why, how and when the changes will happen for JD Edwards and PeopleSoft customers and how you can benefit from these changes, including a live demonstration of the new Portal. It will also cover how to effectively use Oracle Support's tools and processes to ensure that your systems are running as efficiently as possible.

To wrap up the conference, Lyle Ekdahl, will discuss the JD Edwards roadmaps going forward for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World. Also discussed will be embedded Business Intelligence for JD Edwards and BI Publisher for expanded reporting and more. We will also take any remaining questions from the conference.
