All conference sponsors will receive the following recognition:

§         Conference onsite program (subject to deadlines).

§         Pre-conference marketing (time permitting).

§         Company name and linked logo on individual conference Web sites (only

exclusive sponsors will be listed on all three user group sites).

 

Your company may choose from any of the following sponsorship opportunities, or contact your sales representative to get a package customized for your company’s marketing goals:

RECEPTIONS, PARTIES, LUNCHES AND BREAKS


Monday Exhibitor Showcase Welcome Reception – $15,000

  • Be the first to welcome attendees and make an immediate impact.
  • Draw attendees to your bar, which will be placed in your booth.
  • Opportunity to provide napkins for all bars and food stations, optional.

Tuesday Exhibitor Showcase Happy Hour Bar – $5,000 beer/wine only,

$6,000 specialty bar. Exhibitor must have at least a 10’ x 20’ booth.

§         A bar including your choice of alcoholic beverages rolled into you

booth, served by a hotel attendant.

§         Prominent signage with your company logo displayed throughout the

Exhibitor Showcase.

 

Wednesday Evening Party – Various opportunities available for $1,000 and

up. Contact your user group representative for pricing.

§         Recognition as party sponsor in marketing materials (time permitting).

§         Your company logo on cups and napkins used during the party.

§         Prominent signage with your company logo displayed throughout.

 

Lunch Sponsorship – $18,000

  • Your company logo will be prominently placed on lunch bags, napkins and signage.
  • Opportunity to distribute one piece of company collateral to conference attendees at lunch. Distribution locations, and your sponsorship will be acknowledged via public announcement to all attendees.

Coffee Lounge – $10,000

  • Furnished lounge area will include coffee, frappuccinos, cold beverages and snacks each day.
  • Signage with your company logo displayed throughout the lounge.
  • Literature table provided for sponsor to feature marketing materials.

Breakfast Sponsorship – $9,000 for three days

  • Signage located throughout the break area.
  • Customized napkins with sponsor’s logo.

Refreshment Breaks – $6,000 for two days

  • Signage located throughout the break area.
  • Customized napkins with sponsor’s logo.

Bottled Water – $15,000 for Monday and Tuesday; $15,000 for Wednesday

and Thursday; $25,000 for the Entire Week

  • Help attendees beat Denver's high altitude and stay healthy all week.
  • Your company's logo on bottled water during breaks throughout the week.
  • Signage located throughout the break area.

Geek Meet - $1,500

  • Gain brand recognition and valuable networking time with technical members of all three organizations.
  • Your company's logo on signage located throughout the event.
  • Passes for your staff to attend.

SESSIONS AND PRESENTATIONS

 

Vendor Sponsor Keynote – $35,000 - SOLD

  • Will allow you to be the only non-Oracle vendor keynote at the conference.
  • Speak to general session audience from main stage for 30 minutes.
  • Distribute collateral on general session seats prior to keynote address.
  • Ability to raffle off a prize you supply after your keynote address.

Vendor Product Awareness Session – $3,500

  • Reach a targeted audience of customers interested in your product.
  • Sessions are a 60 minute showcase of why your product is the best in the business.
  • Each session is listed in the on-site session guide and noted as a Vendor Product Awareness Session.

ATTENDEE HANDOUTS AND ONSITE COMMUNICATION

 

Cyber Center – $20,000

  • Sponsor THE communication hub for attendees, located near educational areas.
  • Lounge area allows attendees to relax, hydrate and check e-mail.
  • Cyber Center computers publish the latest conference updates and direct attendees to your Web site.
  • Sponsor may also provide mouse pads and a screensaver.

Cyber Kiosks – $5,000 per user group

  • Located in each user group’s area of the show floor.
  • Sponsors may provide mouse pads and a screensaver, and place collateral in the kiosk.
  • Six computers in each area allow attendees to check e-mail and see the latest conference updates.

Show Floor Offices – $5,500 for 10’ x 20’; $4,500 for 10’ x 10’

  • Talk with your customers and conduct your own meetings in an exclusive, secured room – away from noise and distractions.
  • Hard-wall meeting room is built into the show floor for easy access – even after the show floor is closed.

Conference Bags – $35,000 SOLD

  • Showcase your company logo on conference bags and help attendees stay organized onsite.
  • Bags are a great branding opportunity not only during the conference where your logo will be visible everywhere and everyday, but also when attendees go home and for year to come.

Registration Badge Lanyard – $15,000 SOLD

  • Company logo on the attendee lanyards that accompany every conference badge, which attendees will be required to wear at all times

Registration Bag Inserts – $12,000 for all three groups or $5,000 per user group

  • Deliver your message directly to attendees with an insert in registration bags.
  • Direct attendees to your booth and increase awareness of your company.

Conference Pens – $5,000

  • Company logo on the conference pens given out at registration to each user group’s attendees.

Conference Map – $3,500 ad placement and booth call out; $1,500 for booth

call out only; $15,000 for the exclusive map sponsorship, which includes prime

advertisement and booth call out

  • Energize sales efforts by helping your customers “visualize” your booth location on this handy pocket map.

Notepads – $12,500 - SOLD

  • Keep your company name in front of targeted attendees at the conference and beyond.
  • Notepads will include your logo, Web site and booth number on each sheet.

Daily Agenda Update – Contact your user group representative for pricing.

  • Be the first to reach attendees as they start their day at the conference.
  • Updates will include a 50-word description of your company, a black-andwhite logo and a call to action to visit your booth.

Upgraded Exhibitor Description – $1,000

  • Set your company apart from the rest by adding your logo to your description in the onsite program.

Registration Envelope – $12,000

  • Be the first sponsor attendees see – right from the moment they check in or register onsite.
  • Your logo goes on their registration packet envelope.
  • Envelope includes a personal expense log so attendees can keep receipts and reimbursement requests with them all week and when they return home.

SIGNAGE AND ONSITE RECOGNITION

 

Escalator Banner – $15,000 - SOLD

  • Escalate exposure with customized escalator banners that won’t be missed.
  • Capture undivided attention of every attendee going to educational sessions and the Exhibitor Showcase.

Directional Footprints – $12,000

  • Increased visibility while directing attendees to your exhibit on the show floor.
  • Large footprints carry your company logo and are placed from the Exhibitor Showcase entrance to your booth.

Education Hallway Banners – $3,000 each

  • Located in education hallways all week.
  • Banners feature your logo on a noticeable banner sign.
  • One banner per company.

Floor Decals – $3,500

  • Company decals placed in heavy traffic areas help get your name out.
  • Three logos per company, extending your reach outside of your exhibit booth area.

Column Wraps – Contact your user group representative for pricing.

  • Your company logo will be impossible to miss – wrapped around all sides of one pillar located in the exhibit hall.
  • Drive traffic to your booth and increase brand awareness all week long.

“You are Here” Signs – $2,500

  • Located in high-traffic areas, signs help attendees find their way around the conference.
  • Company logo and a call to action will drive attendees to your booth and increase brand awareness.
  • 30” high x 90” wide advertisement featured on the bottom panel.
