CINDY SOLOMON Executive coach and professional speaker -- Cindy Solomon and Associates
Quest Kickoff Session - Monday, April 14 The Art of Influence: Creating a Network of Advocacy
Get your COLLABORATE experience started with an informal session planned to help you right off the bat. Cindy Solomon, a favorite speaker among Quest audiences, will lead this session and leave you excited for the rest of your action-packed week at COLLABORATE.
Have you ever wondered how certain individuals within your organization seem to get their projects “sold” and accomplished almost effortlessly while others struggle to gain agreement to even the most simple of projects? Every wonder how these same individuals seem to be able to secure significant resources for projects while others struggle to gain even the most limited resources? This session will help anyone, whether an individual contributor or senior leader understand the secret to getting things done in organizations today. It all comes down to “The Art of Influence.”
Cindy Solomon has worked with thousands of organizations to help leaders and individual contributors alike define and build their own Networks of Advocacy. These networks help everyone better utilize the resources of an organization, better position projects and processes for success and execution and most importantly, better position themselves as leaders within their own spheres of influence. This session helps leaders and front line staff members understand what “influence” really is and how important it can be to every organization, every team and every individual in achieving success. Solomon focuses on what we are each doing today to build and nurture our own influence within our organizations (and within our industries) as well as how to create your own “Network of Advocacy” allowing you to more quickly and productively attain your goals. This is a must attend session for anyone looking to find new and innovative ways of serving clients and customers, growing your influence and leadership skills or simply finding new ways to help your teams better and more efficiently achieve their own goals.

PHIL KEOGHAN Host, The Amazing Race, and author, No Opportunity Wasted
Quest General Session and Meeting of the Members - Wednesday, April 16
Wednesday is your chance to network exclusively with other Quest attendees at the Quest General Session and Meeting of the Members. You’ll also get to see the winner of our grand prize giveaway, and get geared up for the Explore Colorado party Wednesday night. But the biggest bonus of all is yet to come – you can hear an exclusive keynote from Phil Keoghan, host of the television show The Amazing Race, which has earned him five Emmy Awards and is now in its 12th season.
Phil's life has been full of travel and adventure. A native New Zealander, he started traveling at the age of two accompanying his father, a plant scientist, and mother, who taught music, to third world countries all around the world. A pivotal moment in Phil's life came after a near death experience at the age of 19 when he found himself lost at 120 feet inside a 22,000 ton ship wreck. Surviving this life changing experience prompted Phil to write a list of things to do before he died and develop a philosophy he calls No Opportunity Wasted – NOW for short – all about learning how to live while you still have the chance, thinking outside the box and using imagination as your currency. He has gone on to work in over 100 countries around the world as a motivational speaker, author, television host, actor, producer and cameraman on thousands of program episodes. |
