Hotel Reservations
There are a couple of important tips to successful hotel booking and management:

1. To receive Quest's special conference rates listed below, you must book your hotel through via the Quest online conference registration process. At the end of conference registration you will receive a confirmation email with your attendee code and instructions to go to myConference and book your hotel through the Wyndam Jade Convention Housing Group. 

**Be aware the Wyndam Jade is the only approved housing bureau for COLLABORATE09, there have been false claims from other companies noting they are associated with this show. At this time we do have plenty of rooms available within our blocks.
 
2. Hotel rates listed are for single/double occupancy only for a standard room type.  Any increase in occupancy or upgrade to the room will increase the rates.

3. All hotel reservations will require a deposit for the first night, and the cancellation policy requires a seven-day notice prior to the date of arrival.

4. To make changes once a reservation has been made, please contact the Wyndam Jade Convention Housing Group at 888.266.7831 (toll free) and for international attendees call 972.349.5886. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time. Wyndam Jade will not take reservations over the phone.

The Peabody hotel rate of $235 does not include the $5 per night HSF fee (resort fee) that entitles each registered guest to unlimited local and 800 calls, two bottles of water per day, two I-ride tickets per room per day (International Boulevard transportation to shopping, dining, Universal Studios, Sea World) and access for one guest to the hotel’s wireless high speed internet service.

The Rosen Centre Hotel rate includes a 50% discount on hard-wired high speed in-room internet for all registered guests with group.
